IAL has the following exchange programmes:

• Direct Exchange — 10-20 day volonteer workcamps in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia……
• ALA — Workcamps in Africa, Latin America and Asia
• Long Term Volunteering — If you feel that a workcamp is just not enough, you might want to try volunteering for longer period.
